First, please fill out our contact form with your info and location. We’ll contact you to set up a meeting or site visit. Site visits are free in ABQ metro; outside that, it’s $100 plus $1.50 per mile (one way).
We’ll review your project details, then start a pre-construction contract to begin bids, design choices, and studies. After that, we require 50% of the total cost to order materials.
The remaining 50% is split: 25% when work starts and 25% when you receive the certificate of occupancy.
